Application:
This is tin can De-palletizing machine, the de-palltizer mainly is used to de-palletize various metal tin can, food can etc, It will de-palletizer the empty food tin cans from stack to conveyor again and again. Save much manpower, improve working efficiency.The equipment uses Germany Siemens PLC, Japanese Panasonic servo motor control system,equipment option is stable and reliable.
Work principle:
Forklift transport the complete stack of empty tin cans to the full pallet conveyor of this depalletizer, then the conveyor
transport the full stack to the main lifting platform, the lifting platform lift up the full stack layer by layer; The interlayer
collecting structure suck the interlayer and move it out of the stack, after that the interlayer collecting mechanism will collect the interlayers and lift it down to conveyor out of the machine when the interlayers is stored as one stack; magnetic grab of the tin cans of the whole layer of food cans and moves them to empty cans conveyors, repeat these actions until the all the layers are moved to the conveyor, then the lifting platform will down and output the empty pallet to the pallet magazine.
